Who built the long cobblestone road and rail in Spiridon?

Just looking into who built the long road / rail south of the Spiridon survival spawn. I am building up a small town way out in the sticks, and thought about connecting a small path to it. Also, willing to help improve the existing road.

It's been there forever! I don't remember who made it. It's survival, just go for it.

it was mainly built by Jimmy Drek and Hay in order to connect their base with ours -- but as @nebbers said just go for it
