greeting should work on your own regions - are you trying to edit a region that is not yours? Anybody Tyrule and above is able to configure greeting and farewell flags on areas that they've been allocated, although it's only useful from Yeoman+ in the main world
The //replace (pro-tip: use //re) issue should now be resolved -

Is this still an issue for you? I'm not sure what you're trying to do
When I finished my permissions audit, I didn't give architects the ability to modify region owners because I thought that was more of a staff job
Architects may still create their own regions and modify their own regions
Open to discussion about this & voting amongst staff to decide on an appropriate level of access for architects

Not sure if it's an overarching end region thing or something else but architects can't use world edit while in the end, found out while trying to save the big ship I have in there as a schematic (or multiple schematics) in case the end gets blappoed accidentally.
