I'm indifferent to be honest. I can see arbiters needing that ability more than architects, and it would make architects closer to the staff area which, like nebbs said, is what they tried to avoid by making that rank.

I think this is a good idea, it would help make promotions go by faster.

Battle at Minas Tirith was a success for the Liberators! More like hide-n-seek, and I'm not quite sure what happened to all the Overtakers since it was a pretty fair fight... but whatever. 5v5 battle, current war standings are 4(lib)-1(ot).
