Combining Minecraft Accounts

So, at the moment, I have two different minecraft accounts. They're all under Sammiches822, but they have things likt Optifine and Liteloader added onto them. I really don't like having to alternate between my Liteloader/Optifine account and my Shaders account just to get access to my shaders, but I don't see a way to combine all three of them. Does anyone know how I can get Liteloader/Optifine/GLSL Shaders into one account so I don't have to alternate? This would be great. I'll love you forever.
I have a Windows 7 PC, if that helps.

Don't use the optifine and shadermod installers, get the version that you put into liteloader's mod folder3
