Shirelings! Give me your banners! (pls)

The Laurelian International Embassy is almost complete but I need your help for the most important part! I need just 19 more banners to represent cities/towns across the Shire. I got most from familiar warps and the spawn stage but now I'm at a loss.

Please help me to complete my International Embassy! All I need is a warp to where your town/city is and I can collect a banner when I get there. If you'd like to see where your banner will be displayed, you can /warp Laurelian and fly east to this building:
