On behalf of the Shire Staff Team and all of our players, I'd like to extend a hearty welcome to all of you! Not to toot our own whistles, but we do think our server is special, and hopefully you'll stick around to make it even more so. It shouldn't take long before you become embroiled in the goofy politics and diplomacy that goes on between the dozens of nations on our server.

Our community is filled with wonderful, mature people who are all part of the family we have on this server. We'd love for you to be a part of it too! There's players around every corner who are more than willing to lend a helping hand and answer questions, so don't hesitate. If you need to speak to a staff member, we have Lords (Admins) with the gold titles, and Arbiters (Mods) with the light blue titles.

So again, welcome, and enjoy your time here; sew your own patch onto the community quilt we call the Shire.
