G'day! I'm one of the many friendly neighborhood Redditors who recently had the chance at a glance at your wonderful server. 

My name's Sombre_Alfonce or Alfonce, Al or Alfy for short. Don't worry about my name, I'm a rather jolly person in reality. I'm an 18 year old Australian University student who's currently in the break between my first and second semesters. In short I have some time to kill. Even during Uni period I think this server would be a good R'n'R.

Obviously I discovered your server on Reddit, and it inspired me to get back into Minecraft. The first thing I did was check my old multi-player server list. Alas, lo and behold they were all but dead. Then I had an idea: Why not see if the server from earlier would take me? So here I am.

I've spent a long time building things in Minecraft; castles, towers, towns, villages, chapels, pyramids and maybe a few cult ruins or two. But by far my favourite things to build are cozy timber lodges, mansions and villages in snowy areas. I also enjoy building the odd hobbit hole or two. Aye, I love me some fantasy architecture, especially Lord of the Rings related ones. Luckily I noticed that you already have a running theme of such.

Welcome to our server, Alfonce! Or should I say our server! Lovely! Your application has been approved, and you have been promoted to Tyrule. Here's some useful tips:

• You can find all the materials you need underneath the Tyrule spawn (/warp tyrule). You can also find an enchantment area in the corners of the spawn; right click the appropriate signs to get the tool, and do the same with the enchantment signs to receive the desired enchantment.
• Use /plotme auto to automatically be assigned to a plot (or /plotme claim if you find an empty plot that you find especially empty and appealing) and /plotme home to teleport to it.
• Keep your build simple; a whole town is not necessary, a small (but detailed) build will suffice. 

Once you're finished with your build, let a Lord or Arbiter know so you can be promoted to the next rank,Yeoman. You can also approach us for any other questions you might have. Good luck, and have fun playing with us!
