Question about quests!

So I was looking at the quest and was wondering what the requirements of a quest were cause I got a pretty good idea for one can't say what yet though.

Well definitely make sure you're a yeoman before you start doing one otherwise you won't be able to do it in the the main world! If it also involves travelling to other cities on the Shire it is obligatory that you have that city's owner's permission. It'd be a good idea to describe your idea to a member of staff so that we can make sure that there are no problems too.
