Ayu's Pub building a third location
The small popular chain Ayu's Pub has announced plans to open an inn in the developing city that remains unamed governed by Jimmy. According to official statements from CEO Ayu Tsukimiya, the pub will be larger than the other locations and will feature an inn where travelers can rest their heads for the night. It is no secret that Ayu plans to build at least one pub in every city and town of The Shire.
"Everywhere you go, there should be the familiar place you can feel at home" Ayu has told reporters. "My mission is to spread the Equos culture of openess and warmth that Equos is known for."
Ayu's Pub is currently hosting job fairs throughout The Shire to fill in needed positions for the new location. As it stands, gran opening is planned for February 19th
Equos Ale to Build Brewery
The small home brewery Equos Ale has submitted an application to Equos Urban Developement Inc. to build a brewery within Equos. Mayor Maghion Syaoran Light has stated he will see where he can grant land for such project.
"With the expansion of Ayu's Pub, Equos Ale needs a bigger facility to meet the growing demands of the popular beer of Ayu's Pub. It is good for our economy and it will help battle the high unemployment rate Equos is experiencing" Maghion shares in a press conference. "Our citizens are travelign as far as Mainland for jobs when they should be able to find them here at home"
Many citizens has opposed plans to build the brewery citing pollution as a concern and the lack of land available in Equos. Active community leader Shadev Mohammed has started a petition to not allow the building of the brewery. "It will increase pollution. Use the land to build office buildings and clean facilities. I will not live in the backyard of a awful smelling, polluting factory!" Despite his arguments, polls show that 73% of the population are excited about the brewery. More details to come.

Law enforcemetns has raided a hidden space behind STA building and found something they thought would never arise in the streets of Equos. Al Qaeda has been operating under the nose of Equos within the unused space behind the brick walls. "It is a concerning thing to discover when you think about the families and children within the area." Maghion states. Investigations are currently under way.

I hear Oranjestad residents are esctatic at the promise of an Ayu's Pub opening in their city. The mayor might even give them a tax break to entice them.
Also - the residents have expressed sympathy over your Al Qaeda discovery. They'd love to help but unfortunately Oranjestad lacks a port and does not have a direct train line to Equos (TNT would never make it past the Mainland station). And of course, TNT on an airship is just suicidal.
