Cactus County and Venzia are no longer in any chance going to war as the main disputed region has made up its mind to stay independent securing the Cactus County objective to not let empires expand over small nations.

It should say messing and in case anyone is wondering this is over and Venzia and Cactus County didn't have intentions of fighting in the first place. But Cactus County is updating its defense plan0
