Hey everyone!

I'm cakefornoreason (aka Mike), a 34-year old Minecrafter from the United States. I've been playing for a few years now, starting on Xbox and moving quickly to the PC version once I saw how much more creative freedom there was. More than just elaborate structures, I enjoy projects that create a world with a little bit of story woven in, so when I ran across an article on Now Loading about the Shire and took a quick walk around the world, it was pretty clear to me that this server and community were right up my alley.

Outside of Minecraft, I'm some hybrid of art/design/music nerd and tech nerd, and at any given moment there's around a 50% chance I'm baking something. Not that baking translates well to the internet, but if you find yourself in physical proximity to me for whatever reason, I'll probably have cake/brownies/cookies that I'm looking to get rid of.
