Riverwood Expansion

So the island that Riverwood is quickly running out of space, so I have decided to preemptively plan the expansion of Riverwood. Due to the world limit, I will be expanding E/W and down in a horse-shoe fashon around the build to the south, terraforming the land and changing the biomes and terrain to match that of Riverwood. You can view the map with lines on it here and the key is in the description. I would like to know the general opinion of this and if there are any builds I missed/can't see from the map. Thanks!
