Great Hall of Warps (Part III) Warp Categorization

Hey people, sorry I've been spamming this forum with my great hall of warp posts.

So, when I created the great hall, I gave all 16 regions an equal share of the portals. (About 25 portals for each region) But then Nebbers gave me this list: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1K6lRvftStWbQXIrgYTnWKdAcWgGTbnnkIHY1uDdS_DI/edit#gid=0 (It is still unfinished)

The problem: Oldshire has 103 warps, likely more with room for expansion. "North Vallachia", "No Name", Amasiava, "Hobbiton", "Icy Area," "Jimmy's Mountains," Laurelian, Moadora, and Sammarck all have 5 or less warps. So I need either a new categorization system or a way to group the regions. (For example, I could split Oldshire into subregions and combine the smaller ones into one region.)

What are your thoughts? Any Ideas for a new way to categorize warps?

Also, FYI, I'll be offline for the next few days.

It seems the spreadsheet has them categorized into what kind of place they are - city, village, etc.

Does that not work out for you? Or were you looking to region them geographically?

My original plan was geographically. I'll look into the by type category. That could actually make it easier to find for new gajins. Thanks hay

ok! Based on Hay's idea, there are 6 categories that I can work with:

Stand-Alone Buildings (college, castles, religious shrines, etc)

Cities (and Subdistricts)

Rank Locations

Towns (and their Subdistricts)

Villages (and their Subdistricts)

Other

OK people, this is a BIG question. I need 16 of the best, most important builds in The Shire to put on the ground floor of the great hall. Obviously Oranjestad, Venice, Fulfwotz, and Mainland will be included. 

 What should the other 12 be? I don't know the server well enough to decide. This is mostly a question for the lords because people will a suggest their own builds.

Clementine is pretty sweet, it should be on the list.

Me personally, I'd say get rid of RedTown - it's nice but it is old.

Oops! I kind of miscounted. I thought I only had room for 16 warps on the ground floor, but there is actually room for 24! Wow. Right now, we have 18 (Blith's list, plus clementine and athitica) What should the others be?
