Development of the Demmatrodine Region

As some of you may already know, I preside over the Demmatrodine Region, and I've been developing the area inside of it. I've already built several small villages and hamlets, and more to come. I just wanted to see if anyone had any interest in building their own small village within the Region. You get to pick the name and everything, and I would make you the Chancellor of the village. I only ask that you keep the building limit below 10 buildings, as I only want small villages/hamlets. I don't expect many people to be jumping at this opportunity, but the lands in the Demmatrodine Region are very exquisite, and suitable for building.
