I want to build a cool/small Fortess on top of the mountain here, (565,-1324) i want to connect it to a small village using stairs, but i dont know who owns it. I need their permition to connect the fortress. Contact me soon please.

The mountain is free to use - I don't know who owns the village, but as long as its just a connection to the village, I don't see it being a problem. so go for it!
