Valashu has been looking into expanding its industrial sector for quite some time now. The Highly popular "Shire Cola" has been lacking factory's for its production, and could use the young eager state city's help. 'Shire Cola' also lacks a HQ at this time. With the City expanding to its 3rd island, it just might take a jab at the opportunity.
