Are Tyrules supposed to be able to chat in Discord?

I'm currently a Tyrule, just joined the server yesterday. I've already linked my account to the Discord server but I still can't see any chat rooms yet. Is it a glitch or I can't chat until higher rank? Thanks

Hey, you’ll be able to view certain channels as the Tyrule rank. You’ll be able to chat as Yeoman and above.
