Thank you Sammich I appreciate the ban but I also love how you edited the pictures and left out your parts in what happened.

I would like to start this out by saying that I am commited to a solution and if possible I would like to help create a solution. I had been antagonized for hours last night by Sammich, Pc, XxAndrew, and Monkeyman. It all started when Sammich began to grief and deface my buildings. I then go to my club only to see that that has been griefed. So I then ask Sammich politely to check and see who had griefed, he then began lying making me overall believe it was him who tnt'ed it. While we are still talking about this XxAndrew proceeds to set more tnt and blow it up. Destroying all of 1 house and the rest of my club. He then uses some command to repair it, but by now I am frustrated. So I proceed to go work on my courthouse which is now destroyed along with the rest of my town because Sammich is such a wonderfull person. As I am working on this we all begin to get along again, then during general conversation I am asked would I rather have sex with a cowgirl or a missionary. When I provide my answer they all laugh at me and begin to call me gay when I say gross after they explained their question. Sammich proceeds to continually slay me calling me a "gay-hater" a "homophobe" and so on I then leave and rejoin back and forth a few times to avoid being slayed when I come back at the time I did not know this since for some technical reason but I could not see them. Then they begin placing signs all over my courthouse griefing and defacing it explaining in length sexual acts and calling me a "child penis eater" in the signs. I believe around this time XxAndrew does something but to be honest I do not remember what. That is when I make the comment about him in a dark corner later when things have calmed down XxAndrew tells me I should not take everything seriously and go along with what people say or just laugh about it. So when Monkeyman tells me to build a penis on a nearby mountain I do trying to keep the peace never intending to leave it there for more than 5 minutes and for gags.and earlier Monkeyman had tried to send me nude pictures and I refused to give up my phone-number they began to attack my courthouse again and this is after I have lost stuff in my inventory that I cannot easily replace from being slayed so much after more fighting and then once again XxAndrew tells me I should make friends and after I reply to this Sammich begins in and starts being an over-all jerk again and this is all while they are still defacing my court so I just continue on building my courthouse(now destroyed) XxAndrew then asks me to open up some why I am generally moody and kind of assholish all the time which I believe was him trying to draw me out so I could be attacked again all while they are now defacing all my buildings and Sammich is pm'ing me porn in a way that let my guard down he would be like "hey guys look at this cute picture of this pug" after everyone said aww he would keep linking pictures and then wham he pm's me with a picture which I did not notice till later that it was a pm links me to gay porn,Gilf porn and so on I then give my reply to the most recent question from andrew and to piss everyone off because this had been going on for hours I state that my father had abused me as a child and I leave after I have gotten many threats and am told to "jump off a bridge irl"

I am not proud of my actions last night I had had a very rough day, and I should not have acted in that way. Because I should be better than that. I am deeply commited to finding a solution because I would like to come back and continue getting along with the nicer members of the community. I apologize for my behavior last night since I lowered myself to their level and made quite a fool out of my self. I request that if we have a command to block messages from someone I be taught how to use it or if we do not I request that one be added to the server so I can completely avoid that group of players. I believe that I should be punished and it seems that I have been because you can go look at my town which also convienently destroyed all evidence of their griefing...

I would have to agree, some points are rather exaggerated, which Samm has pointed out. Also, it's not joking matter to randomly throw out the fact that your father abuses you, it that is true, and doing so did not solve anything.

I would like to add that the joke about nudes was not directed in a bad way at you, or anyone. And that the penis suggestion was not a serious suggestion nor a plot to use it against you in the case that you actually did it. I've made plenty of joke penises on the server before (all removed swiftly, of course) and that specific one should not be held against kil0.

Going back to the father thing; Even if it was true, you don't just toss it around, and you definitely lost all credibility. We had absolutely no reason to believe you... Yesterday you told us you were 18 years old, and six feet tall. I could have sworn you were twelve last year or so, and that you were 27 when you first applied.

I'm reading through the logs now.

First off, this did not start with Sammich began defacing your buildings.  it started when you first signed on that day - your first words were 'suprise motherfuckers', then you followed it up with a 'f u c k e r s' to get around the censor.  Batman had to immediately mute you.

Then for the next several hours (except, of course, when I was online and you were well behaved during the mock lawsuit), you proceeded to exclaim certain members 'had no penis', ask how Jimmy likes his porn or if he's an 'underboob' guy, ask about anal/oral/vaginal preferences, make vaguely racist remarks to PC, talk about your disdain for BDSM and proclaim that you didn't suck on your 'mommy's tit' that day so you were hungry (your reasoning for why you lost the court case).  Oh - my favorite was when you talked about cum-stained movie theatre seats.... again, this is before any kind of 'defacing' or griefing.  Which - I might add - you have some blame in, after antagonizing and ridiculing PC's own courthouse.  

Then finally we have a 2nd trial at Kil0's court house.. Kil0 sues Sammich to remove the grafitti.  It's essentially a kangaroo court, but you all seem to actually be having fun with it.  That is until you accused Sammich of eating a child 'penis-first'.... Sammich was found innocent and the over-zealous judge executed you for impersonating a judiciary official.

The Shire-folk online took the law into their own hands, since they lacked banning abilities, they resorted to trying to 'bully' kil0 away.  Moments after that revelation, Kil0 declared he'd been griefed...

Hard to tell who started it.. but I think PC, Sammich, and Andrew were all involved in griefing and heatraying kil0's town.. but I saw them undo the heatray too with /u.. unclear what condition it was left in.

Then kil0 starts talking about about andrew 'sucking his own dick'... You more or less say 'hey i dont appreciate that' in regards to the grief and then move on and talk about being a goalie and playing the piano, have a heart-to-heart about your backstabbing IRL friends, and your love of SimCity.  So I'm guessing at this point things were restored for you to be this calm.  Then you move on to hiring out sex slaves... 

Alright... Im exhausted from reading the logs.  This boils down to one big trollfest from everyone, and in this case there were more trolls against kil0 than for.

The language and porn and all of that can't happen again in /ch g.  

Of all the links posted, I only saw one porn pic, from Jimmy, which he said 'hey this is porn dont click if you're underage'  (which doesnt make it OK to post, by the way).  
 
Now I'm not sure what to do.  Kil0 was antagonized just as much as he gave it to others.  There's some people on the server who would like to see you return, Kil0.  Someone leveled your town, probably after hearing you were banned.  I don't have a recent enough backup to restore it.

So now what... Return as a bakajin for now?  Stay banned?  Full pardon for all or punish everyone involved?  Things to think about.

Personally I just want to be left alone, I would very much like a block feature. since I was the main asshole I do not want anyone else punished. Except maybe removing Sammiches slay. Also I would not mind coming back as a baka.

I've been told that matters like this involving Kil0 have happened before. On that account, I would say everyone involved should get punished. I see it as the only fair way to solve the problem. 

I whole heartedly disagree with him being banned.

I'm not one for intruding, and maybe what I say doesn't matter, but this game is supposed to be fun. We all had a talk about how the people are awesome, and that's why people are dedicated to The shire. I think the only fair way to solve the problem is to distribute an equal punishment to all involved. If that includes me for talking about how gross movie theatres are, so be it.

Sorry to anyone who took part in this, I do not mean to sound rash, but, I think everyone that played a part has a fault in this, and that, TO ME, is the most fair way to end the situation. 

Again, I'm just stating my opinion, I don't expect it to be heard.

I wasn't there when this took place, Sammich has since however shown me screenshots of the incident which very much makes Kil0 look like he tried to act the big guy and then became bitter and enraged when he was shot down. I do not know the context of these screenshots but it wouldn't be the first time Kil0's said some pretty awful things in chat, if what he said (stuff like his father abusing him?) then I feel extremely sorry for him, depending on the severity stuff like that can ruin a kid, if it's not true then I think even saying that is absolutely disgusting and that alone is enough to sentence a last-warning before permanent mute/ban.

Anyways, for what it's worth from a personal point of view I think everyone could've been more mature in handling the situation, but I'm more inclined to believe Sammich, PC, Monkey, and Andrew, who between them have proven to be far more trustworthy than I could ever say for Kil0.

From an Arbiter point of view, if Kil0 did full-on provoke everyone with some of the vile comments I've seen on his part then I am more understanding of the other's actions. Samm and Andrew as long-standing and high-ranking members of the server might have gone a bit over the top, but from what I've seen it was warranted and I don't think they'd deserve any form of serious punishment, Kil0 (if he returns) is definitely in need of a discussion about how he handles himself when he's enraged, and how to talk appropriately on a server where there are possibly children who shouldn't see half the stuff being mentioned.

I would be lying saying I've not had any involvement with the issue though, logging in yesterday I spoke with Sammich when I first heard about the whole issue, he asked me if he could level Kil0's builds due to his appauling behaviour and the fact he is now banned, I said that I'd ask a Lord first, but I would neither condone nor deny whether it'd be okay to do. So I can share the blame for their actions after Kil0 had been banned.

As far as punishment goes, I'd either segregate Kil0 from global chat temporarily and ensure he learns how to act on a public forum and how to control himself behind the anonymity of the internet, then speak to Monkey, PC, and especially Sammich and Andrew on how to handle matters like this in the future to ensure the most efficient solution being proposed as quickly as possible without provoked attacks going from one side to the other.

Sorry for the wall, there's my thoughts from what I've seen from Sammich and from what I've read on this post.

Matt, I don't want to diss your opinion, but I don't see how these issues happening with kilo in the past, and how awesome the community is, how they correlate with everyone being punished. I would think an awesome community would be one where people like kilo aren't tolerated.

I think everyone is a little at fault here. Yes, from what I've read Kilo triggered it, but that doesn't excuse the responses from members who should know better than to take matters into their own hands to get rid of someone being a problem. So my suggestion is.. one final chance for Kilo, with the understanding that if anything even remotely like this happens again, he will be removed permanently from the shire, everyone else is left as is (their responses, while innapropriate, were not entirely undeserved) and no more stupid or inflammatory comments happen. I wasn't online - I was either at work or asleep - but having read everyone's input in this conversation, I think it's fair to say that everyone involved has something to answer for.

Also, in response to your last comment Sammich - a good community does that. An awesome community is one that gives people opportunities to change, and a chance to improve themselves, before slapping them with a banhammer. Is what we've done with lots of other members, and I don't see a reason for that to change yet.
