Can't mine resources or chat?

It will allow me to mine in my tyro plot but when I /warp quarry it's not letting me mine also my chat isn't working (not letting me chat with other users). Please help!

You now get supplies from under the spawn in /warp tyrule, I do believe. So the quarry is decommissioned. As for the chat issue, try doing "/ch g" without the quotes, and if that doesn't work try relogging, and if still no dice, then I have no clue (maybe try "/ch leave g" then "/ch g" again?). But if that doesn't get fixed I'm sure the Lords have a solution. Good luck on your yeoman build, by the way
