**DEVELOPING STORY** Fulfwotz Empire replaced by "Fulflet Union"

The famous and historic graffiti of Emperor Sammich is washed off of the Grand Fulfwotz Terminal by NICA workers.
FULFWOTZ- As if it wasn't already in shock, the city of Fulfwotz has now been brought under the totalitarian rule of Cedon Wexfield (AKA Premier Wexfield) in another show of extreme brutality and wickedness. Soon after Wexfield and his proteges announced the shift in government ideals, they were met with a severe working-class Fulfton uprising, many of whom actually supported the revolution when its goal seemed to be a utopian communist state. Once NICA (or NITA, rather) riot police broke up the protests, over 375 Fulftonites were executed, and over 900 more were imprisoned for life. Premier Wexfield then announced that the New Sammichian Empire (Fulfwotz Empire) had ceased to exist, and it should be known from this point onward as the Fulflet Union. The once-safe towns and other territories of the former Empire are now being invaded by Fulflet soldiers, to increase their presence within the former Empire holdings. As for now, the only safe havens for the extreme capitalism characteristic to Fulfwotz are Caffa and Niflheim Palace. It is rumored that Emperor Sammich is residing in the palace, drawing plans with his expelled Chancellors and advisors to reclaim the Fulflet Union.
Alas, the Union has already been hard at work to remove any traces of the former Fulfwotz from existence. To get rid of the distinct corruption of Fulfwotz, the high-ranking Sammichian inhabitants (which compromise over 65% of the Union population) have been forced into meager and extremely low-paying agricultural jobs, and some even being exiled or executed. Premier Wexfield believes that the Sammichians are at fault for the extreme corruption, since being dishonest and unscrupulous comes second-nature to the Sammichian race. Any job or position of importance is held by a Human. Even landmarks in the city are being altered to remove the presence of the Empire. The famous Fulfspyre has been dedicated to the First Uprising instead of the Civil War (which led to the formation of the Empire), Imperial posters and propaganda have been removed and disposed of, the Follywood sign has been dismantled and stored away, and even the influential and renowned graffiti of the Emperor on the facade of the now-decaying Fulfwotz Grand Terminal is being sponged away by Union workers.
But not all is lost for the oppressed citizens of the Fulflet Union; supplies from other SUN-aligned nations have been airlifted into the city and other holdings, which range from food to much-needed microwave ovens. Fulfwotzians requested that the receipts for the expensive luxury appliances and bathroom amenities be airlifted in as well. It was also heard that the percentage of returned goods in Fulfwotz stores have increased 420%. Many Fulfwotzians are still shell-shocked by their new roles in society, as work is mandatory for all citizens above the age of 13, and find it hard to adjust from their previously apathy-filled and luxurious lifestyles. Because many of the jobs and positions that were present during the previous dynasty have been condemned by the Fulflet Union as "immoral" and "lascivious", the number of citizens exceeds the number of available jobs. To compensate for the lack of jobs, many Fulfwotzians have been sent to Union territories to work in newly-opened mines and farms. Over 653 Fulfwotzians alone were killed during the procedures by brute force due to extreme complaining, demonstrating extreme disrespect, and overall "bitchiness" towards Union escorts. It does not seem that Fulfwotzians are taking to their new government very well, but the SUN is warning them to "tone down the bitchiness" to prevent any more casualties while this dilemma is being assessed.
However, many claim that the Union is actually better off. Crime in Fulfwotz has decreased a shocking 68% due to an omnipresent and malevolent secret police (dubbed Fükas by locals) constantly watching over citizens. Also, because of the trade embargo with every single Shire nation, the Union has become much more self-reliant by producing their own goods (which is cheaper, too). And after the prestigious and internationally-recognized DePrey Institute of Social and Scientific Research was shut down after the Union took control, in its stead the Wexfield Scientific Coalition was established. Already they claim to have made astounding breakthroughs in the fields of space exploration and social experimentation. It was even revealed that after studying the mysterious Ender Crystals, they plan to develop a weapon capable of concentrating and utilizing the opaque energy Ender relics emit, thus creating one of the most powerful weapons the Shire has ever seen.
