Grabbing an Old Build From Quivira and Posting to Main World

Hey guys, I was wondering if someone with access could help me grab the old castle I was working on in Quivira and move it to main world. I plan on adding it as an addition to the castle I'm currently working on, and I'm going to merge the themes. Location on Dynmap: 600,-389
There's no rush to do so, because it obviously requires some careful planning, but I'd really like to save it.
