What about adding buildings nearby fitting the same theme? I assume that would be the same general idea?

As long as they are at least 100 blocks away from small projects and 300 blocks away from large projects, that's fine. If you require clarification on what is a small or large project, staff will be able to help.
If you have permission from the original builder then you can add buildings nearer.
